The physicians at The Ottawa Clinic requested a design that created a comfortable, relaxing and private environment for their clients. This 6,000 square foot fit-up is located on the ground floor of a 4 storey office building with direct access from the main entrance lobby. The layout takes advantage of the floor to ceiling perimeter windows without sacrificing privacy. A separate staff and physician entrance into the suite allows for a smooth workflow between the private spaces (offices, lunchroom, instrument processing) and the public spaces (consult and procedure rooms). The interior finishes support the clinic’s commitment to cutting edge and proven therapies in a professional setting.
