Featured in Ottawa Business Journal’s Best Offices Ottawa 2018, the new office for Keller Williams Integrity Realty is located in a rejuvenated retail and warehouse space. As a home base for a variety of brokers, the office is designed to provide privacy as well as opportunities for team building and training. This was accomplished by locating the 40 + offices along the sides of the space and the central administrative hub in the centre. The offices have ceilings for privacy but the administrative space is left open to the exposed warehouse height structure. By taking advantage of this height, DLA created an office that feels open and inviting for both staff and visiting clients.
